		<description><![CDATA[As of Friday, October 3, 2008, all speech divisions are currently full, including OO, DI, HI, Extemp, Prose/Poetry, and Duo.  Schools may continue to send speech requests for entry on the waitlist in case of drops in the tournament.  Waitlisted entries will be notified ASAP if there is space to compete in the tournament.
